How to Use
Soaked millet takes 1-2 whistles to cook. Unsoaked millet takes 2-3 whistles to cook.
You can also grind whole millets into flour and mix with wheat flour or use to make millet rotis, upma, dosas, puri, khichdi, cutlets or kheer - it is one of the most healthiest whole grains to consume
