What is Trendia's return policy?
- A return request should be submitted within seven days of receiving the product and is accepted only in case of a damaged/significant manufacturing defect/ wrong product. Post seven days, no requests are accepted.
- Only for USA customers, if the size charts are proven wrong(meaning if the size chart says 28cm, but the product you receive is not 28cm), we will provide a return label and offer three options: Replacement/Refund/Coupon Code. For other countries, size-related issues, we handle on a case-by-case basis.
- If the size chart matches the product dimension but does not fit the customer, then the customer has to self-ship the product, and we offer two options: Replacement/Coupon Code. But no refund option is available.

- Old orders cannot be altered to match the special sale day discounts.
- We accept returns only for USA and India. For other countries, We handle this on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.
- For significant manufacturing defect pieces, please make sure to mark the defective part of the clothing with tape while returning to bring the damage to our notice.
- Thread pulls are not considered defective in handloom clothing. No exchange, No Returns because of dislike of colors or fabric quality. At times the image color may vary due to digital photography and light adjustment.
How to return/exchange the product?

Once you have requested a return, our team will go through it and send approval based on our return policy. After which, we will send you a return shipping label.
Please allow up to 3 business days for it to accept. Once the request has been generated, there are two ways to return the product to us:
Self-ship: You may also courier the product to us at our registered address.Other Countries: 3146 Bennett Aurora, IL 60502, USA.
- Pick up: We will send a free return shipping label to your address. you will have to pack the item/s in the original condition received and handover to the courier assigned for collection.
For any claims unboxing video is a must:
a) Please do not accept if the package is tampered or damaged.
b) An unboxing video is a must for any claims against the order.
c)Unboxing video should cover all the sides of the package. It must be a single video NO PAUSE NO CUT
d) Video should be taken from a distance to fully cover the opening of the package.
e) After unboxing, the product is to be opened, and damage or numbers of items are to be clearly shown in the video.
f) Video to be submitted within 6 hours of the delivery.
g) Small marks & scratches are not considered damage.
h) If any breakage or missing item we will refund/exchange only for a number of pcs Broken or Missing after viewing 360-degree opening video.
1.) In case of issues reported by Trendia (Return label generation, when it meets the return criteria mentioned above) - Customers are eligible for refunds, replacement, or coupon ( could be used for further purchases from Trendia).
2.) In case of Returns from customers - We provide only replacements or coupon codes worth the price of the product which could be used for further purchases from Trendia.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed. Once you receive a refund notification, the refund will show on your card in 3-5 business days.
Note: If we do not receive the return, we cannot process a refund or exchange unless you can provide proof of shipment and receipt through the label's tracking numbers. In cases where we have not received a returned order, if tracking information does not show the item as sent, we will ask that you file a claim with the carrier for a lost package before we can process a refund or exchange.
The following EXCEPTION is applied to this Policy:
- All customized products/made-to-order products are non-returnable. Here is the list of made-to-order brands: Label Shaurya Sanadhya, Myra Couture, Panchhi Fashion, Urban Stree, Baisa Crafts, Chokhi Bandhani, Nangalia Ruchira, Pomcha Jaipur, Kali Clothing, Shrutkriti, Vibha Jewellery, Saras Label, Rangnaari, Wishful, Rangpur, Burnt Soul, Bunaai, Gillori, Odette, Pheeta, Bharat & Reshma and The Shoe Tales. Orders from these brands are non-refundable.
- All food items, Lingerie, perfumes, and cosmetics cannot be exchanged or returned. We refund in exceptional circumstances.
- Make sure these criteria are met before you apply. We hold the right to refuse items that do not meet these standards.
- All items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
- All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All garments and shoes should be tried only on carpeted surfaces.
- For size-related returns. Please measure the clothing with a measuring tape and share the images with us. Then, we will cross-check against the product size chart and proceed with return/exchange accordingly.
- We only ask that you preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product, but please take adequate measures to maintain its shape.
- A product is not considered ‘faulty’ if there is a slight color variation between the image on the website and the actual product.
How to cancel my order if I change my mind after placing the order?
- Cancellations are accepted within 24hrs of placing the order. 6% (credit card/PayPal transaction fee) will be deducted for a refund. Transaction fees will not be deducted for store credit.
- Cancellations after 24hrs cannot be accepted. However, customers may request changes to the ordered items if they are not in transit. The team will handle these requests on an individual basis.

Why a "24 Hour" deadline?
As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing, and logistics starts, and the ordered product has already passed through a couple of phases in most cases. In case a garment has to be prepared or customized, the process is already underway.
Please be apprised that Ready To Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.
