What can I do on the Trendia Global Store?

On trendia.co, you can shop for all made in India products in various categories like women, men, kids clothing and fashion accessories, sweets, pickles, desi games, gifts and favours, jewellery, health and wellness, grocery and personalized items.

How to place an order?

    1. Login to trendia.co website. 
    2. Add items to your cart(select "add to cart" on the product detail page)
    3. After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, colour, and quantity (by selecting "view cart" trendia. co/cart)
    4. When you are ready to order, click on the "checkout" button on your shopping cart page.
    5. Then, fill in your address and make the payment.
    6. Once the order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation email.

How to place an order on Android/IOS?

For android users, download the Trendia app from the play store and IOS users from the app store. Then the procedure is the same as the regular app shopping. Add your favourite products to the cart. Then review the products and click on check out. Finally, fill in the address and make the payment.

Does Trendia deliver internationally?

Yes, we tie up with the best shipping partners worldwide with the only aim to do worldwide fastest deliveries. We have regular customers ordering from the US, UK, Australia, Canada, France, Newzealand, Germany, Malaysia and Singapore. 

From where can I login into my account?

At the top right corner of our Website, trendia.co you will see an option to "Login/Signup". Click on it, and you will be guided to the Customer Login pop-up, where you need to enter your 'Registered Email ID & Password' to log in and proceed with the account login process.

What is the delivery time?

All items on our website have a different time to dispatch, like one day, seven days, which is the time (calendar days) required to process the item to our warehouse. So overall, your order might take anywhere around 12 - 17 business days. You will receive the tracking details by an auto-generated email within 24-48 hours of shipment.

 Any Customization, if opted for, would need additional three working days.

Which currency is displayed on the website? 

The prices visible on trendia.co are stated in USD. Please note that from AED to SGD, we also have 12 other currencies options to choose from (on the menu beside the search bar).

How do I use my coupon code, and how long is it valid for?

Coupon codes offer a discount(a percentage or a specific dollar amount). To avail, the deal enters the code during the checkout process. The validity differs for each code. Please call us at +1 312-392-0189 to enquire about your coupon code.

Size guide - What size should I order?

Each brand has a different size chat. We provide accurate sizing charts to help ensure the buyer gets the desired fit. On the product page, our size chat popup shows the measurements for all the sizes in cm and inches. we suggest picking a size higher when in doubt so that you can later alter it if needed.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please call us at customer support at +1 312-392-0189 or write at info@trendia.co. After that, we will initiate refund,after deducting 6% from the order amount against the processing fee and a confirmation of the same will be sent via email.

I forgot my password. How do I change it?

If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Recover password’(on my account section of the website), and you will be redirected to an email where you can reset your password.

Are the colours shown on the Trendia website accurate to the garments?

We strive to try and display the colours of the garment as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colours of the garment will match the colours viewed on an electronic device. Note that slight variations may occur in hand embroidered items.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

What additional duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Customers residing in Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Ireland are required to settle the custom fee at the time of delivery.

Could there be a delay at Trendia Global because of "unforeseen circumstances"?

We try our best to ensure that your ordered products are shipped out to you in the promised time. Still, there are chances of delay in processing due to unavailability of stock or other unavoidable circumstances. In such a situation, we will send you a formal communication requesting you to :

a) Accept a Store Credit of equivalent value, which you may use to purchase an alternate Ethnic Fashion Statement

What does Ready To Ship mean?

'Ready to Ship' means that we can dispatch a product within two days and deliver it within six working days. You can explore our 'Ready to Ship' collection by going to our website's menu. If you are buying any other item along with the ready to ship products, The whole order will be dispatched in regular timezone and the delivery period will be 12 - 15 working days. 

 Is your package marked as delivered, but you cannot find it?

  1. Please wait 48 hours before contacting customer service. A carrier keeps a package delivered prematurely in most cases, and the package will arrive within 48 hours. 
  2. In some cases, the package was delivered to a neighbour or placed in a different mailbox. If you can, please ask your neighbours if they have seen the package before contacting customer service. 
  3. If you still haven't found the package, please call us on +1 312-392-0189.

Please report all packages as missing or lost within one week of the expected delivery date. You can write a box as missing by emailing customer service at info@trendia.co. If a package is reported as missing > 1 week after the expected delivery date, you will be asked to file a claim with the postal carrier, and we cannot guarantee a replacement.

What are the steps of returning any item ordered from Trendia Global?

  1. Informing Trendia Global: If you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report them to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. 
  2. A confirmation email from Trendia Global: You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming a Return Authorization within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any "Items Returned" without the Return Authorization Reference.
  3. Please note: In case needed, we'd request a digital picture of the item for our internal review to process your request.
  4. Shipping Back the Items. When Shipping back the items: 
    1. As would be advised in our return authorisation email, please send the items to us preferably through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service only to avoid any transit-related issues. 
    2. Please try and ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. Do not remove tags, stickers, etc. Unless you are sure you want to keep the product. The presence of original tags is a must to process returns.
    3. Please do not forget to mark the packaging as "Defective Items for Returns" and "not for sale".
  5. Item Receipt and Inspection at Trendia Global Warehouse: Our teams shall examine the products on return as a policy and identify the defects/variations as indicated by you.
  6. Proposed solutions post receipt of returned items: Post-inspection of the returned item(s), our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis:
    1. Choosing an alternate item as a replacement of equal value.
    2. Store Credit/Coupon Code to be used later for shopping on Trendia Global.
    3. Refund as decided on a case to case basis.
