Trendia accepts return requests within 72 hours of product delivery, but only for specific cases listed below.
Return request must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
Free return shipping is provided only if:
Incorrect size received (not matching the size chart)
Damaged or defective product
Wrong item received
Required: Clear product pictures and unboxing video
Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit.
If return is due to:
Product not liked
Color variation
Size matches the chart but doesn’t fit you
You’ll bear the return shipping cost. After receiving the return, we’ll issue a store credit.
Customized/made-to-order products
Items not in original condition
Clearance sale items (unless damaged/defective or incorrect as per size chart)
Food, lingerie, perfumes, and cosmetics (unless damaged—unboxing video required)
Original packaging with tags
Unused, unwashed, odor/stain-free
Properly folded and packed
As our return center is located in the US, we’re currently unable to process returns for international orders. However, we understand that every situation is unique and are happy to review each case individually. Wherever possible, we’ll do our best to offer a suitable resolution, most often in the form of store credit.

If size chart is incorrect → refund/store credit
If the size chart is correct and the customer received the correct product, we will not be able to offer any refund or store credit.

Customized/made-to-order items from brands like:

Food, lingerie, cosmetics, perfumes (except in rare approved cases with video proof)
Do not accept tampered/damaged packages
One continuous video, no cuts/pauses
Show all sides, open fully, show item condition and count
Submit video within 6 hours of delivery
Minor scratches/marks are not considered damage
Within 24 hours of order placement:
Allowed with a 6% deduction (payment processing fee)
No deduction if opting for store credit
After 24 hours:
Generally not accepted, but we may consider requests case-by-case
If approved: 10% shelving fee applies
No deduction for store credit
Item/size changes:
Can be requested if order is not shipped
