This wildflower honey is collected from the nectar of flowers of the plethora of trees in one of the most beautiful districts in northern Kerala, a south Indian state also known as god’s own country. Kerala has huge expanses of forest and plenty of vegetation. The interesting thing is that every type that you try will be slightly different in taste due to the different combination of wildflowers, in addition to the seasonal variation between summer and autumn wildflowers, which makes this a very special variety of honey.
