This is made by the bees collecting nectar from the flowers and honeydew from the barks of the Indian Beech trees in Jharkhand forests. With a distinct light amber hue, Indian Beech honey is known to be mild rendering it great for infants. They are mostly extra light to light amber in color. All parts of the tree are used for medicinal purposes. Indian Beech is used in Ayurvedic and folk medicines for eye ailments and skin diseases such as eczema, biliousness, itch, rheumatism, wounds, and worms.
