Time limit to claim returns: Trendia’s Policy gives you an option to return or exchange most products purchased on the Trendia global store for any reason within 7 days from the date of delivery.
How to return/exchange the product? Call us on Customer Care at +1 312-392-0189 or chat on messenger or Write to us at info@trendia.co Once you have requested a return, our team will go through it and send approval based on our return policy. After which, we will send you a return shipping label. Please allow up to 3 business days for it to accept. Once the request has been generated, there are two ways to return the product to us:
1. Pick up: We will send a free return shipping label to your address. you will have to pack the item/s in the original condition received and handover to the courier assigned for collection.
2. Self-ship: You may also courier the product to us at our registered address: 309 W New Indian Trail Ct, Aurora, IL, USA, 60506.
Customers will receive a full refund on the returned product both ways, or you can also request for coupon code worth the product amount that you could use on future purchases from trendia.co You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed. Once you receive a refund notification, the refund will show on your card in 24-48 hours.
The following EXCEPTION is applied to this Policy: All customised products (which have been made to a customer’s size/measurements) are non-returnable. All food items, Lingerie and perfumes and cosmetics cannot be exchanged or returned, Wrong size ordered. We refund in exceptional circumstances.
