HOW TO USE
Step 1
Apply the lightweight lash & brow serum to bare lashes either before applying mascara or on its own for a naturally lush and glossy look.
Step 2
Smooth the serum over your brows as a sealing agent over your eyebrow filler. You can also apply the serum on bare brows.
