Sizing chart is not accurate

I ordered three shalwar kameez including the mustard one in the picture. Just to know that all the fabrics are cotton so there’s no stretch to it. The sizing chart is also not accurate. When I called to return my purchase because it did not fit because the sizing chart is inaccurate, they refused to give me a full refund. They only wanted to give me store credit.

Beautiful outfit, lined, comfortable, and looks very pretty. True to size, M is approximately a 38. I'm definitely buying more outfits from this designer.
